Nearly finished everything now :) *I think*

Done the shotlist and made a couple of minor changes whilst I was making the second-by-second over the weekend (when I was ill! :O)
Glad they're done now though :)

Going to ring up the rehearsal rooms tonight and see if I can book out one of the rooms for two hours on Sunday :)
Oooh, and I need to take some photos of the places where I'm filming around college and that's pretty much it :)

Call Sheet and other stuff

Ok, just on the call sheet at the moment, about half way through now :)
Also took pictures of the rehearsal rooms on Saturday and got the manager to sign a location release form :D yaay.

I've just started a second-by-second now as well, so when I've finished all these I'll probably be able to start filming (hopefully next weekend, fingers crossed everyone is available though!) if not, it'll have to be the week after :)

So far...

Recently I've been working on the shotlist which is taking agess. Made some little changes to the shots in the process which I think will make it better overall :)

Tonight I'm going to try and ring the rehearsal studios I'm planning to film at for the FOURTH time.... Hopefully I can actually get through to the manager this time so that I can go down to do the risk assessments and stuff on Saturday.

Also, I now have a bassist and a drummer who have agreed to take part in the video, so that's all sorted! :D just need to get them to sign the contributor release forms.
Decided that I'll just have to be the girl in the video as I can't really think of anyone else who would be willing :\ but I'm fine with that, my sister has kindly volunteered to operate the camera for some shots :)

Everything seems to be going pretty smoothly (so far), just need to visit the music rooms on Saturday and make shot lists/final storyboards/scripts and I'll be away :)


Does anyone care what I had for dinner/what I bought at the weekend?... Nah, didn't think so, never mind then, BYE :)

Contributor and Release Forms

Wellllll, started these today, basically I have to get permission from all the people who are going to be in my video and the where I'm filming. This is to make sure they're fine with being in the film or the location being filmed, for future reference and so I don't get sued, etc. :)
Good thing is: I know where I'm going to film and I'm planning to go round and take some pictures and do risk assessments on Saturday at the rehearsal studio :) so that's sorted.

Bad thing: Missing a person to be the girl in my video :( I can't think of ANYONE who would be willing or suitable. Oh, andd I need a drummer or someone who can pretend to play drums...
*cries*

Anyway, that's my little rant over... Anyone who has any suggestions or could help me out, PLEASE tell me :)

Today....

Learnt how to use the Script Smart software which makes it easier to make scripts for films, tv dramas. etc.Woooo.Had a go at writing the rest of the script but mine wasn't very good haha :)

Was actually hilarious listening to/reading some of them though xD lololol.

Treatment

Is now completely FINISHED, printed off and ready to hand in after making a few adjustments earlier :)

My idea for the final production :)

Hii,

My idea is to make a music video for the song "Dirty Little Secret" by The All-American Rejects. It will be a combination of band performance and narrative. Basically it's about a guy who tells his girlfriend a secret that she's not supposed to tell anyone. She tells her friends though and then he gets kinda angry, blah blah blah.... Then towards the end the narrative is reversed back to the point where the girl is with her friend and this time she decides not to say anything. And then they're all happy again.

Yaaaaaaaaay :) But obviously there's more than that :)
